With coaching, I went from working 50-60 hours per week split between home health PT and my MFR practice to working less than 40 hours doing MFR full time- which is my DREAM JOB!!
Brought in $126k with half my clients at a legacy rate for the last year. All clients will be at my full rate starting January 1 so budgeting for $150-160k for 2024. My stress level is so much lower and I am so much happier. Thanks Heather!!!

Feel fully confident that I can dial up or down my business when I choose to do so. I have spent a lot of quality time with my family lately, have been fully present at work, got a lot of things done at home, and am not beating myself up over a "lower" (still most likely going to be around 12K) month.
I have been more onto myself with unmade decisions and delegating things to staff that I am avoiding. I am doing a better job of asking for help (Who not How). Another win is that I found an easy way to submit numbers for the weekly reporting. I have been getting a better handle on my financials and have opened additional bank accounts to implement a system to manage money. Thanks Heather and Meg!

As I reviewed this years revenue I was amazed to see that I had made just over $60,000.00. Why was I so amazed? Because I didn't put a lot of effort into my business most of the year. I had two really good months and the rest of the year was average to below average.
So, I thought to myself, if I made $60,000 with little effort, what can I do with some effort? I'm thinking I can get to $100,000.00 this year, which has never been a goal of mine until now! 2024 is going to be a great year! Coaching makes it fun and easy...great team and great therapists makes it so!
