Rachel Miller Williams founded Midtown Physical Therapy in 2005. Her mission as an entrepreneur and physical therapist is to provide holistic, personalized, patient-centered care. She treats each patient as the individual they are to help them return to and supersede their optimal state of wellness and function.
Rachel is an expert-level Myofascial Release (MFR) therapist. Her patients are treated as a whole. She facilitates healing their mind, body, and awareness within utilizing the MFR paradigm. She has taken the following MFR courses: MFR I, MFR II, MFR III, Fascial-Pelvis, Cervical-Thoracic, Myofascial Unwinding, Myofascial Rebounding, Advanced Myofascial Unwinding, Quantum Leap, Fascial Cranium, Women’s Health, The Healing Seminar and Skill Enhancement Seminar.
Rachel is driven by her passion for helping others heal with MFR. She assists with teaching MFR classes and continues to repeat the coursework and receive treatment as part of her personal and professional growth. In addition to her orthopedic and MFR skills, Rachel has a passion for treating pelvic health. She treats pelvic floor disorders including pelvic pain, incontinence, and sexual pain and dysfunction. Rachel has been a trailblazer throughout her life. She is a synthesizer and utilizes her MFR and life experiences to provide high quality, patient centered care at Midtown Physical Therapy.
