How do you create a healthy work-life balance when running a thriving, booked-out, successful Myofascial Release practice?
Can you have a booming business and take time off?
I know that it seems impossible, but you can actually take time off from your business WITHOUT WORRYING.
Our guest today and my former client, Jesse Mansfield, has mastered the art of vacation and will be sharing with us how to have a vacation EVERY MONTH.
Jesse’s passion for MFR was sparked by a personal journey towards healing in March 2019. He was involved in a front-end collision accident that injured his cervical and thoracic spine. Despite undergoing extensive medical treatments and procedures, he was unable to find relief from the constant and immobilizing pain. It was not until he attended a Myofascial Release seminar that he found relief from the pain and was able to regain his physical and mental well-being.
Jesse is now in the best shape of his life and enjoys running marathons and rock climbing. He is grateful for the second chance to do what he loves and has committed to helping others on their journey towards wellness using Myofascial Release.
