When it’s time to send out emails, I found that most of the MFR therapists that I work with feel a range of emotions. They are proud of the work we’ve done to build their email list and are excited about the possibilities of helping more people live pain-free lives. However, once they hit “send,” the email is out of our hands and fear takes over because they think that the recipient will view them as being annoying.
My question for you is how will you even know if someone thinks that you’re annoying? Listen, if someone thinks that you’re annoying, that’s a thought that that person has. You have control over what anyone else thinks about you. What you can control is your thoughts about the circumstance which will lead you to send out consistent content to your clients, helping them to understand how MFR can help, get them to stay in treatment longer or better yet, it helps someone else to tell a friend about what you do so they can get help too.
If you’re ready to identify your self-sabotaging thoughts and address them so that you can start to thrive rather than feel stuck, then apply to work with me at https://www.themfrcoach.com/
