Today’s episode is a remix of two previously recorded Facebook lives that I think are still very relevant and can be valuable for you as you build and grow your MFR business.
First I discuss sales vs. service. When a client buys an MFR service from you, they also purchase the experience that goes with buying that service. As business owners, we may fall into the trap of focusing solely on selling services to bringing in customers and keep the doors open but it’s not sales VS service, It should be sales AND service. These two things go hand in hand. In this episode, you will learn why.
Second I chat a bit about therapist burnout. When we start to experience burnout in our business, the most common action we take is to get with our therapist friend and complain about how awful things are. This may seem helpful at the moment The problem when you have problems in common with your friends, is it’s easy for everyone to dive into the pool of misery together and not really find a solution. There is a better way to handle burnout and in this episode, you learn how.
