At its core, group coaching is all about creating action, decision, and self-discovery within a group. In this type of coaching the coach provides a safe container for all the group members involved and encourages an exploratory and learning space whereby members of the group can have access to the combined ideas, knowledge, passion, and wisdom in the room.
You might be thinking, “I’m not sure if I want to be in a group setting. I’m going through kind of a rough or a frustrating period of time, I don’t want to deal with another thing.” Or you might be thinking that you need to be performing at some certain level in order to be a good group member. I just want to offer that none of that is true. If you are willing to show up, be messy, not know what to do, and just be willing to be super honest with yourself and with the group in general, you’re going to get everything you need from group coaching.
There are many benefits fromgroup coaching for you and your business. Listen in to learn more. And if I’ve decided that coaching is for you then I invite you to mark your calendars for March 23rd, 24th, and 25th. These are the dates when you can enroll in the next MFR coach’s group coaching program, which is going to start in April.
