No doubt that asking questions is a very powerful way we can change our thoughts. And because whatever questions we asked in our mind, our mind will search for the answers, asking the right questions allows our mind to focus on finding a solution.
As MFR therapists, we spend a lot of time asking ourselves certain questions without finding the answers which keeps us spinning in overwhelm and confusion. A common question that MFR therapists have is why isn’t anyone booking with me? You could answer that and say, “I’m doing everything I can” and just shut down. But what if you got really solutions-focused, curious, and scientific about it? With this shift, you will ask the right questions that would leave you feeling empowered and motivated to move forward.
