In this episode, I interview one of my group coaching clients, Deidre Buckingham.
Deidre is the owner of The Mending Tree, Myofascial Release for Restored Wellness in Madison, WI. She has been performing myofascial release therapy for the last 10 years. In total, she has been in the field of integrative health and bodywork for 26 years. She started with massage therapy back in 1994 and then pursued a career in Physical Therapy as an assistant in 2008. She also holds additional certifications as an Alignment yoga instructor and Aquatics instructor.
Listen in as we discuss her journey as an MFR business owner over the past year and how her 26 years coupled with coaching have impacted this experience. This is a rich conversation where you will hear us talk about Deidre’s money story, setting clear boundaries, her first $10K month after 7 weeks of caching and so much more. Let’s go!
