I imagine that this is the same for you all out there who are building your MFR businesses – I’ve come to realize that my business is a giant science experience. I am constantly evaluating what’s working, and what’s not working to determine what I can do better next time to increase the value being offered to my clients and also run my business with more ease and efficiency.
Well, the same way that we consistently evaluate our business in order to improve it is how we also have to evaluate our brian. And a great way to do this is with coaching.
This was very evident to me most recently as I am transitioning my business to the next level of evolution and I am moving through this process without having a coach for myself. This was a first for me because I have always had a coach since I started my business and oh boy, it was a journey!
Listen in as I share what this experience was like and some key takeaways that can definitely help you in your business as you focus on growing your business to the next level.
