Rachele has been a PT since 2004 and has always wanted her own practice. When she started taking MFR classes she knew that was how she wanted to serve people! She has been taking classes since 2017 and after a lot of thought, discussion, and stress about taking that leap she opened her practice in Dec 2019, The Healing Journey: Myofascial Release & Physical Therapy in Clinton, NJ. 

She started coaching in April 2022, moved into a new office location in June 2022, and her business has been growing a lot since then! 

Rachele is also a mom and wife; two kids 2.5yo boy, 8 yo girl. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and being out in nature as much as possible.
